A silver and gold mine located about 1.2 miles south of Silver City as the buzzard flies, or about 1.5 miles if you take Rt 342, between Mound House on the West, and Dayton to the East. Just SE of Spring Valley and NW of Daney Road. Started operations in 1860 or 1861.
