Mined since 1765. 20 mines. In metavolcanite-basic metabasite. Copper-zinc-lead-mine. Mining stopped 1939.
Consists of several mines: Moss-,Lång-,Lagg-,Borrbänk-,Kammarherre-,Oskar- and Kron mines, of which Moss mine is the deepest 95m.
