A small ancient tunnel system situated around 1 km south of the mining area of Plaka, 4 km north of the town of Lavrion. Well-known during the early 1990s for specimens of flesh-red cockscomb baryte found there.
In the summer of 2002 a large find of niedermayrite was made at a different site within the same tunnel system, together with a small suite of copper sulphate species.
