A former Au-Cu-Ag occurrence/mine/prospect located in the W½ sec. 31, T26N, R21W, G&SRM (Niemuth gives range as R20W), about 3½ miles SE of the Mocking Bird Mine, 5.2 km (3.2 miles) NE of Mount Perkins (coordinates of record), and about 10 miles SW of White Hills, on Bureau of Land Management administered land. Owned/unknown by the Fayro Mining Company, Nevada. Owned/unknown by Boulder Mines Incorporated (1977). Owned by K.D. and O. Mining Incorporated, Kingman, Arizona (1987). The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this locality is 1,000 meters. NOTE: The Fayro No 1 Mine is a Au placer mine co-located with the Gold Crown.

The ore body dips N. Associated rocks include Pliocene-Neoproterozoic volcanic rock (aphanitic) Local rocks include Quaternary surficial deposits, undivided.

Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of several shafts with the deepest at 200 feet. A 5-stamp mill was located on site.

Some rich ore was produced.
