A former small mine worked via adits, shallo pits and small opencut.
While the Survey indicates that the mine is near Billygoat Knob, to ensure consistency with other mines listed by the survey in the area it should be considered near Argents Hill - approximately 18km west of Argents Hill.
This mine and others in the area are located in what is also known as the “Taylors Arm Antimony Province”. This terminology appears on many geological maps.
The mines in the area are approximately 30-40kms west of Macksville and to the immediate east and west of the Taylors Arm River.
