Former Pb-Zn Mine, operated shortly between 1871 and 1882 on a vein also mined at the nearby Bleiberg Mine.

A part of the old shaft and some dumps remain.

Sippenaken is just outside the former Moresnet mining district (country), but the mines cross over into the district underground.
