A Cu mine (owned by the Munyati mining company) located about 92 km NW of Kadoma on the Sanyati River, and 200Β km W of Harare.

Includes Copper King (not mined) and Copper Queen orebodies.

Mined from seven open pits: Copper-Queen, Copper-Queen-Beacon, F-Body-North, F-Body-South, J-Body, J-Lines-North, and J-Lines-South.

Minerals found in the heap leach piles: halotrichite, pickeringite, gunningite, starkeyite, apjohnite, alunogen, boyleite, rozenite, gypsum.
