A Ag-U-Au-Zn-Pb occurrence located in sec. 17, T43N, R8W, NMM, about 2.0 km (1.2 miles) E of Hayden Mountain North, on National Forest land.
Mineralization is a vein deposit (Deposit Model: 155: Volcanogenic U deposit), hosted in rocks of the Saltwash Member Morrison Formation (Neoproterozoic quartzite). Local rocks include pre-ash-flow andesitic lavas, breccias, tuffs, and conglomerates.
