Minor Cu-Pb-Zn deposit with chalcopyrite and fahlore being the predominant ore minerals. The gangue consists of siderite, quartz and calcite.

The mineralisation is a concordant layer (metamorphosed vein) hosted in a phyllitic mylonite ("Eyrser Phyllite").
Four mines (adits), at altitudes between 975 m and 1055 m and located on the left and right side of the Tanaserbach (Tanaser creek) were recognisable in 1996. The oldest report on mining of this deposit dates back to 1551.
