A Cu occurrence with surface workings located in sec. 6, T8S, R19E, 2.4 miles ENE of Copper Creek, near the Pinal County line.
Mineralization is hosted in the Galiuro Volcanics Andesite. Up to 1 inch (0.03 meters) of copper mineralization on fracture surfaces.
The country rock is grayish-purple vesicular porphyritic olivine andesite flow breccia which is cut by a vertical fracture. Ore control was fractures in flow breccia.
Area structures include vertical faults, block faulting trending NNW. Regional trends: minor Pre-Cretaceous E- and NE-trending folds and major Post-Cretaceous NNW-trending faults.
Workings include an opencut 40 feet long, 15 feet deep. Probably no production.
