A Pb-Cu-Au-Ag occurrence located in sec. 20, T7S, R22E, at the extreme northern extent of the Pinaleño Mountains, in the valley between that range and the Santa Teresa Mountains, on private land.

Mineralization involves Laramide mineralization with silicification and seritization alteration.
