Granite pegmatite located about 20 km S of Soavinandriana (Besaire 1966). South of Lac Pilina and north of the Kitsamby River (Behier 1963).
Known for pockets of quartz with good crystals of amethysts and smoky quartz.
Produced a total of 4000 kg of betafite.
