Uranlagerstätte Bühlskopf, Ellweiler, Verbandsgemeinde Birkenfeld, Landkreis Birkenfeld, Rheinland-Pfalz, Deutschland
Abandoned uranium mine.
Minor uranium mineralisation in rhyolite.
Discovered in 1956 and mined in an open pit until 1965. The ore processing unit was active until 1989; it processed ore from the Menzenschwand locality (Black Forest).
Today, the dump is removed and the whole area landscaped.
