A former underground Cu-Pb-Au-Ag mine. Discovered 1897. Produced 1901-?.
Mineralization is a vein deposit with a tabular ore body. Ore control was faulting and shearing. Ore concentration was oxidation at near surface. Alteration included sericitization adjacent to some dikes. An associated rock unit is the Crazy Basin Quartz Monzonite and rhyolite porphyry dikes.
Area structures include veins parallel to rhyolite porphyry dikes and foliation in Precambrian xenoliths (quartz-mica schist), which trends N40-50E.
