A former underground Au-Ag-Cu mine. Produced 1936-1939.
Mineralization is a vein deposit with a tabular ore body. Ore control was faulting, shearing and igneous activity. Ore concentration was oxidation at near surface. No alteration was observed.
Area structures include veins parallel to mafic dikes which trend NE and dip at less than 40 degrees. Foliation in Precambrian metamorphic rocks trends N20E to N-S.
