An abandoned larvikite quarry close to the Hallevannet Lake. It was closed in 1988. Status 2006: Central parts of the quarry is filled with water.

Description: Collected in the early 1980s and identified as leucophanite, but recent studies at the Oslo University Mineralogical Museum have identified the mineral as gugiaite. But hydroxyl was not determined and as with other previously analyzed gugiaites, it could be the newly described mineral hydroxylgugiaite, Knut Eldjarn comment in caption on photo-58820, mars 2017.
