A manganese mine in the Arroyo del Infierno, northwest of Santa Roselia. Though initially explored by the Compagnie du Boleo, it did not go into production till late in 1941 and remained in production till at least 1950.
300,000 tonnes with grades of over 40% Mn were produced between 1941 and the 1950s
