The mineralization consists of massive to disseminated pyrrhotite, pentlandite, pyrite and chalcopyrite. About 30% of the ore mined from the No.1 zone was massive sulphides. The reported average grade of the ore was 1.49% Ni, 1.54% Cu 0.027 oz/t Au, 0.066oz/t Pt, 0.087 oz/t Pd, 0.0023 oz/t iridium, rhodium and ruthenium.
