Whewellite supposedly collected here in 1963 by Arthur Kingsbury (1906-68) is now considered "doubtful" and probably from Saxony, Germany. Halotrichite, also supposedly collected in 1963, is considered "suspect" and probably foreign. This is one of a number of likely or definitely falsified Kingsbury localities.
