Several granitic pegmatites (some Nb-Ta-Sn-rich) occur near the village of Sukula, 10 km SW of Tammela, in the Tammela-Somero pegmatite province.

Note on TL of Ferrowodginite:

It was described from a sample collected around 1863 and with an imprecise label (Ercit et al. 1992). Vorma & Siivola (1967), however, pointed to that the sample (with ainalite) probably originated from a quarried pegmatite near the Mäkitulokas farm in Sukula where "ainalite" (a tantalian cassiterite) had been found by Nordenskiöld.
