A former Cu-Au-Pb-Ag-Zn occurrence/mine located in sec. 18, T41N, R6W, NMM, along Cunningham Creek, a tributary of the Animas River, lower eastern slope of King Solomon Mountain, E of Silverton. Started in the 1970's and owned by the Dixie-Lynn Corp. (Located in 1880's). Owned by the David Mining Corp. (1975). Owned by the Maverick Mining Co., Colorado (1980). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.

Local rocks include ash-flow tuff of main volcanic sequence.

Workings include unspecified underground openings.
