Gabbro with sulphide lenses and outcrops of a baryte vein with silver and mercury ores.
"Some years ago", the Deutsche Rohstoff AG extracted silver ore (mainly silver) and, in 2009, made 250 medals with a weight of 1 ounce (Elsner & Schmitz, 2017).

Located on Glasberg hill, 1 km NE of Nieder-Beerbach and about 9.5 km SSE of Darmstadt.
