Skarn-type copper-gold-iron deposit, hosted in Early-Middle Triassic carbonate rocks around a Yanshanian hypabyssal calc-alkaline-subalkaline granodiorite-diorite intrusion. Ore bodies occur at shallow depths along the exo- and endo-contacts and as xenolith-like inclusions in diorite at greater depths.
