A former small underground Cu-Ag-Au mine located in sec. 25, T12S, R6W, 2 miles SE of Ajo, on private land (location approximate). Idle after 1942.

Mineralization is an ore body 0.2 meters wide.

Workings are 45.72 meters deep. Production was not more than 25 tons.
