A Cu occurrence/prospect with underground workings located in sec. 17, T13S, R12E.
Mineralization is a contact metasomatic deposit with a tabular ore body that strikes N85E and dips 67S, hosted in felsic volcanic rock. The shear zone is dark green to brown, with more or less fine-grained disseminated hematite and stringers of coarsely crystallized specular hematite, with individual plates to 1 cm. Minor Cu silicates on fractures. Alteration is propylitic. An associated rock unit is quartz monzonite.
Local structures include a shear zone.
Workings include a shaft.
