A Cu occurrence/prospect with surface and underground workings located in sec. 30, T13S, R12E, on National Park property.
Mineralization is an ore zone 1 meter wide, striking N80E and dipping 38S, hosted in arkose. Cu silicates and abundant limonite occur on surfaces in the shear zone. A few pieces of epidote-calcite skarn were found on the dump. No mineralization was noted at the pits. Alteration includes pyrite-gossan; skarn. An associated rock unit is quartz monzonite.
Local structures include a shear zone.
Workings includes a tunnel, drifts on the shear zone, and 2 pits 12 meters and 30 meters to the south.
