A Zn-Cu occurrence/prospect with underground workings located in sec. 32, T13S, R12E, on National Park land.
Mineralization is a vein deposit with the ore zone at 0.02 meters wide, striking E-W and dipping 70S, hosted in arkose. Moderately abundant limonite occurs on fractures; unoxidized argillite has disseminated pyrite. A minor amount of white calcite vein material occurs with possible minor sulfides. One fragment was found with Cu silicate coatings and one piece with stringers of dark yellow-brown to black sphalerite. An associated rock unit is plutonic igneous rock.
Local structures include a shear zone.
Workings include a shaft.
