A former small surface Ag-Au mine located in the SW¼ sec. 33, T19S, R15E (assumed center of SW¼ section 33, MILS). Operated 1935. Operated by J. Christenson.

Mineralization is a vein deposit found in either Precambrian granite or Cretaceous sediments quartz latite dikes in the area. Alteration includes oxidation. An associated rock unit is quartz latite.

Local structures include block faulting.

Production was 2 tons, one year placer mine operating on the same site.
