The locality Fleschsee can be reached by driving from Binn to Heiligkreuz and from there following the marked hiking-path to Schapleralp. When this path turns sharp to the left, you go straight ahead via Chällerli and Lärchestafel to the water intake at Obere Stafel (until here red-white marks). From here a small path marked with cairns leads to the right up the slope to Fleschsee. The interesting area are the scree-slopes around and above the lake.
