A gold mine SW of the Knob Hill Mine. It worked a 4' quartz vein in porphyritic latite porphyry. The vein is composed of fine-grained banded quartz and 10-30% calcite. Development started in 1898 and includes a 300' shaft, winze, and drifts on 3 levels. It produced $65,000 up to 1910; during 1909-1915, 1918, 1933, 1949, and 1950. Total production is listed as being 90,000 tons of ore at 0.37 oz/ton gold and 2.43 oz/ton silver.
