An occurrence located in sec. 10, T15S, R40E, MDM (projected), about 5.3 km (3.3 miles) SSW of Ubehebe Peak, a few hundred feet East of the Bonanza prospect, on National Park Service wilderness land (Death Valley National Park/Death Valley Wilderness).

NOTE: The coordinates provided are for the Bonanza prospect.

Mineralization is scattered in white silicate rock and is concentrated in veinlets in a contact-metamorphic zone.
