Discovered in 1908 by Larry Downey about 30-40 bags of silver was extracted by him that year. Between 1909 and 1911 Tee Arr Mining Co. developed and explored the property through 5 shafts and an adit, the deepest shaft was 170 feet.
In 1914 Larry Downey recovered 10 tons of high grade ore from an open cut, after that there is no record of any production.
