A classical large nephelinesyenite pegmatite dike about 45-50 m x 100m embedded in basaltic rock located on the southeastern part of Stokkøya. Several smaller ones, among them a vertical 8-10 m wide dike which can be followed about 125 m in western direction, can also be seen here. Among these, a 0.5 to 1 m thick syenite pegmatite chevkinite-(Ce)-bearing vein hosted in basalt which is described briefly by Segalstad & Larsen (1978).
