Detailed Mineral List:

Epidote
Formula: {Ca2}{Al2Fe3+}(Si2O7)(SiO4)O(OH)
Reference: Guillou, Robert B. (1953), Geology of the Johnson Grade area, San Bernardino County, California: California Division Mines Special Report 31, 18pp.: 16; Pemberton, H. Earl (1983), Minerals of California; Van Nostrand Reinholt Press: 80.
'Garnet Group'
Formula: X3Z2(SiO4)3
Reference: Guillou, Robert B. (1953), Geology of the Johnson Grade area, San Bernardino County, California: California Division Mines Special Report 31, 18pp.: 16; Pemberton, H. Earl (1983), Minerals of California; Van Nostrand Reinholt Press: 80.
Molybdenite ?
Formula: MoS2
Description: Doubtful. Occurs in garnet-epidote contact zones. NOTE: The reference refers to strongly fluorescent material regarding the alleged molybdenite. This is obviously in error. Scheelite or powellite would be credible fluorescent minerals ina skarn contact zone, with or without molybdenite.
