This adit was built between 1941-44 and had the goal to investigate the lower areas of the Silberberg-Geyer mountain. However, richer ore reserves were never reached and the adit had been left by m 1125. Nowadays it is used as a drinking water reservoir for Brixlegg.

The dump is completely overgrown (Christian Steck pers. comm. to Uwe Kolitsch).
