A former graphite mine located in the center SW¼ sec. 27, T7N, R15W, SBM, in the upper part of Elizabeth Lake Canyon, on the N side of Elizabeth Lake Canyon Road, just S of its junction with Pine Canyon Road, about 1.4 km (4,600 feet) SW of Lake Hughes.

NOTE: Coordinates provided are approximate to the center of sec. 27.

Mineralization is hosted in graphitic schist.
