Description: The thometzekite that was identified in the "Mineralogical Record" article by Wise and Kokinos has now been identified as gartrellite. This was discussed in a talk by Bill Wise at the June 2007 NCMA meeting. There may still be thometzekite at the locality, but the specimen that was featured in the article is gartrellite.
