Dump of material excavated during the construction of the A4 highway tunnel, and temporarily stored at both the western and eastern portals of the tunnel.
The abandoned quarries (in Königshain granite) are located above the western portal of the tunnel.
Western portal: 51°12'54"N, 14°48'40"E.
Eastern portal: 51°13'11"N, 14°51'31"E.
