Description: Basalt, commonly amygdaloidal; aphyric to highly porphyritic pillows, minor massive lava flow and volcaniclastic breccia deposits; rare, narrow sedimentary rock inter-layers, conglomerate, sandstone, mudstone, chert. Intruded by discrete dolerite dykes.
