Several SE-trending baryte veins were worked on the south slope of Ranzenberg mountain. A prospection adit driven between 1923 and 1924, and numerous dumps and pits are remaining in the forest along the southern foot of the mountain. Scattered dump material also occurs on the fields above the forest.
