Ancient base metal ore mine, sulphide bearing quartz veins in Devonian (meta-)sediments.
The mine started in 1700, was closed in 1788, and then later incorporated into the Aurora concession.
The old dumps are situated east of the small brook called Ebes-Bach south of the village of Weiden.
