Gribraltar is a British overseas territory located on the southern end of the Iberian Peninsula at the entrance of the Mediterranean. The rock of Gribraltar consists of Jurassic limestone and has natural caves with stalactites and stalagmites. One of these caves produced evidence of Neanderthal occupation.
