Locality type:District


Epithermal mineralization related to upper Jurassic volcanism of the Taquetren Formation. Most important veins are the Angela, Susana Beatriz, and Clara Natividad.
Gastre Department: in the locality Los Manantiales - mines Susana Beatriz, Angela and Clara Natividad-. In addition to adularia, there is galena, sphalerite, pyrite, chalcopyrite and chlorite. The adularia appears in two generations: the first composed of acicular crystals on the walls of the veins associated with quartz, pyrite and ripidolita - chlorite-, and the second for sulphides, as veins. It is the cement of the gap in sulphides in mine Clara Nativity.
