The general area of Panlin-Injauk is situated south of Bernardmyo, between the villages of Panlin and Injauk. The mining site of Injauk is situated just north of Injauk village.
At Injauk, diopside, enstatite, moonstone, lapis-lazuli, ruby and star ruby, sapphire and star sapphire, spinel, tourmaline and zircon are found in the alluvium. Most of these gems are low to medium quality and fewer are suitable for cutting faceted cabochon gems of small size. Higher quality gems are rare. - Ted Themelis (2008) Gems & mines of Mogok
