A Cu-Au occurrence located in sec. 2, T36N, R12W, MDM, 3.9 km (2.4 miles) WNW of Cabin Peak, along the East Fork New River, on Bureau of Land Management/National Forest land (Trinity Alps Wilderness). MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.

NOTE: The synonymy of this locality and the Salyer Copper prospect, stated to be 0.4 km (1,300 feet) ESE distant, is not known. The MAS database assigned separate file numbers to each as well as the MRDS database.

Local rocks include undivided pre-Cenozoic metavolcanic rocks, unit 2 (undivided).
