Note on the zircon localities in the nepheline syenite pegmatites in the southern part of Seiland Island: The locality Store Kufjord is the largest and most well-known locality but there are other, smaller localities.

NB: A large part of Seiland Island is now protected by law as a National Park. For details see FOR-2006-12-08-1364, link listed above. NO mineral collecting is allowed inside the park.
