Description: The fluoroapatite has been found on a few samples showing transparent hexagonal platelets up to 0.5mm, clear or yellow color. Associated with clinoptilolite and dark gray Fe-rich saponite. Found in dark grey andesite, most likely from the 2B andesite flow, see DeVito article for the description of andesite layers at the original site.
