Located 2 kilometres north-east of the Galena Bridge, where the North-West Coastal Highway crosses the Murchison River. The Three Sisters, Three Sisters North, and Grand Junction mines are all in the same vicinity. The Three Brothers mine is 300 metres south south-west of the Three Sisters mine.
It is 18 metres from the northern boundary of the lease. There are surface workings, a few costeans and a 23 metre deep inclined shaft.
