An old uranium prospect about 50kms west of Townsville.
The mine is abandoned and the Queensland Govt. has banned the mining of uranium.

The mine operations were exploratory underground workings via adits.

The deposit consists of vein type ryolitic tuff and has a system of steeply dipping veins and fractures in a wide shear zone.
