Located approximately 200 metres north of the roadhouse. Head north of the roadhouse along the old disused highway, it is the most southerly on the main field, and borders the west side of the old road. The site is marked by a deep narrow trench, and a shaft.

It is first noted in December 1911 for a crushing of 200 tonnes at 812 oz and 7 dwt per tonne, by Robertson and party.

GML 630 (1911) or GML 892, (1912), 12 acres taken out by John Fenton in December 1912. It is not one of the original leases applied for at the beginning of the field July 1911 which went up to GML 618 at the time, and is thought to have started life a little later.

In 1913, it is reported the site has two shafts 40 feet apart, the first down to the water level at 80 feet, and the other to 60 feet, connected to each other by a drive at the 60 foot level. Another source in 1912 states there are three shafts but confirms the above details beyond this.

It also states in July 1912 there is 80 tonnes of ore at grass, with an estimated value of 1 oz per tonne, and the ore runs in lenses. In June 1913, 69.5 tonnes was crushed for 175 oz at 4 dwt, and another crushing earlier in the year of 312 tonnes at a high 487 oz. Another crushing for June 1913 was for 169.5 tonnes for 161.22 oz. In 1915, a total of 65.5 tonnes was crushed for 83 oz. A total across 1912 to 1940 of 968 oz for the mine. These figures are likely incomplete.
